Very nice 1/72 figs (mostly Revell, I think).

BTW only the first two photos show tercios. The next photos are standard shot & pike formations.

I just put the musketeer and pikemen on the same large stand. 4" deep, 8" wide, 32 pikemen, 32 musketeers.

On the back cover of one of the earliest issues of "Miniature Wargames" was a massive tercio using Minifigs 15mm figures, put together by the Perry Twins. It definitely wasn't 1:1, but must have been close to 1:10 from the sheer number of figures in it – it looked magnificent.

Wash minis before painting, than apply a mix of water and pva glue (2:1 proportions) then prime with black or white paint or use krylon plastic rimeron spray.
