Here are some previews of 15mm AWI militia skirmishing from B&D Miniatures.
Firing line, standing, and command are under way. There's been a bit of an unavoidable hiatus since the beginning of this range :( , but it's back on track now :) .

Thanks for looking.

These look very nice. Are they true 15mm or more like 18mm?

7th Va Cavalry04 Aug 2015 2:24 p.m. PST

Yes, how do they look compared to Old Glory or Bluemoon?

dBerczerk04 Aug 2015 2:24 p.m. PST

Those look as nice as many 28mm AWI figures presently being produced.

Silurian04 Aug 2015 2:35 p.m. PST

They are more like true 15's. That is, 15mm 'to the eyes'. Thanks.

Yes! The long awaited militia are closer to being available! This might be the release that puts me over the 15mm AWI edge! Really nice figures from both a detail and animation point of view.

Nice! I didn't care for the earlier marching figures but these are really good.

Durban Gamer05 Aug 2015 4:45 a.m. PST

Are they compatible with the very nice Peter Pig and Essex 15mm AWI?

Silurian05 Aug 2015 7:10 a.m. PST

Yes, they are compatible with Peter Pig.
The rookie sculpting mistake on the marching figs is being corrected!

Is it just me or are the prone figures a waste of lead?

They are for me. Other than that, they look good.

When you order you order by specific pose.

Could always use them as markers to indicate "in cover" or a casualty.

I recently ordered a handful of figures from B&D to evaluate them. No problems with the order, got them in a couple of weeks, and they are very nice figures. Much more detailed than I expected for 15mm figs, but then again I am new to 15mm.

I was thinking the same thing!
