I "need" a battery of 4 for a current campaign. How many come in the Battlefront pack SKU: BFM BR580? One or two?
The Warstore sells a pack for $11.60 USD, which is great for two, not so good for one. Who else makes them? |

QRF do them too – indeed I think I have a battery of QRF ones lurking in the bits box – I'll have a rummage for them if you're interested. |

Game Models and Irregular Miniatures have artillery sections of their websites. You could also root thru them to see if they have anything you can use. |

Both good sources for cheap artillery, but not the 5.5 unfortunately. Have found the QRF ones John – PM on the way. |

Quality Castings also does the 5.5", unfortunately no-one does specific crews for them except BF. |

I have a pair of these QRF guns for my 14th army and they are very nice. They are my anti-sniper/observer pagoda busters…. |

I bought a battery pack of four from BF many moons ago, which included the Matador tractors, battery HQ and Jeep. Like Kevan, I 'needed' them for Burma… Is that pack no longer available? They're definitely worth getting, as the crew are spot-on for 5.5s and not some generic crew figures (shell on cradle between two figures, gunner with rammer, etc). |

Yeah, the battery boxed set is long gone unfortunately – you can still get most of the bits in spearate packs, but it adds up rather rapidly…. |

I used peter pig and BF British desert crew with some headswaps for burma and the qrf matador. A bit of a fiddly build but well worth it. I am tempted by the BF crew. Is the same crew available with any other guns? |

No the crew doesn't come with any other guns but then BF doesn do any other british medium/heavy artillery so there isn't anything else for them to go with. You can't buy the crew separately either. The unique crew are the two men carrying a shell, the rest look pretty much the same as some from the normal 25pdr crew. |
