A fresco of Knights departing to the crusade, Saint-Jacques-des-Guérets Church, France and a larger image of the Fresque de l'église Saint-Jacques-des-Guérets (cropped at the bottom).

The church is 12th century and has 12th century and later frescos. Does anyone have more information about this, such as the date of this fresco or the identity of the knights depicted?

I have had a reply that this tapestry site:
Medieval Knight Left – medieval knights – Wall tapestries – Mille Fleurs Tapestries
gives the identity of the left knight as Thibaud de Montmorency, son of Bouchard III de Montmorency.

The Montmorency who fits best with the crusades is Thibaut de Montmorency, (son of Bouchard IV de Montmorency), who went on crusade in 1147.
