Call me odd, but I've always been fond of the M8 Scott HMC, mostly from an aesthetic point of view. Sadly, the M8 is not included in the US vehicle list in the Chain of Command rule book. Has anyone out there cooked up CoC game stats for the M8? |

I believe the M8 GMC and the M8 HMC are the same self propelled gun. See page 96 in the CoC rule book for the M8. UNITED STATES ARSENAL TABLE SELF PROPELLED GUNS M8 HMC |

I always thought it looked cool, too. Stubby gun, bathtub turret, what's not to like? |

And all that lovely HE effect. My understanding is it was mainly deployed in Armoured Recon formations though. |

And they were used in Indo-China too. I will be getting some for the French Indo-China version of CoC, working title Le Coq Indochine. |

In addition to serving in the cavalry assault gun troops, I believe the M8s were also used in assault gun platoons of the armored infantry battalion. The latter might be a better unit for Chain of Command |
