Okay--nitpicking here--the "assault rifle" looks like an MG to me (belt fed, even). And the "grenade launcher" looks like 4 RPG-22 (or similar)--which, while called a grenade launcher, is more like a rocket launcher. In the west, a grenade launcher is more like the 40mm M203 (I use that as an example since I can't remember what the German version is called). Rob |

I think it's a terminology thing. Also, if the MG (I can't honestly recognize the thing because it's obscured by that great huge sensor pod, the muzzle device makes me think Dushka but the size doesn't) is manufactured by the Kalashnikov Concern and has a rifled barrel, it is *technically* a "Kalashnikov rifle" as stated! |

This was supposedly unveiled recently? And in Sevastopol? Then why is there snow on the ground in the 2nd pic? A nifty piece of gear though. Maybe a good way to do reconnaissance without getting your personnel killed, but I wonder how much it (and the man-operated control equipment) costs?

If it is remote control then how effective in a high ECM environment or with the development of wireless hacking? If a level of AI how much? "Rivets" level or higher? If higher see link Speaking of Rivets anyone make them? I have some Wal-e models that I had planned on converting |
