Apart from eBay, does anyone know of any manufacturers who make dryads, treemen, or similar that would work in a Wood Elf Forest Spirit army (from 6th Edition WFB)? |

Reaper has both driads and treemen (though they're more like treekin in size)
Gamezone also has driads.
For treemen, heroes and other alternatives you can check asrai.org site. they have special threads on alternative models like this one:

Shadowforge do some beautiful dryads in their Creatures range link They also do very nice female satyrs, maeneds and centaurs in their Fantasy line that could be useful. |

For dryads, I believe Foundry has some in their greek myths range that are rather good |
