That is a cool model and it looks like you were all having fun, but it does seem a bit large for the scale of the game.

Okay, tis a playable beast, but a huge one, nonetheless, and the Martians are STILL ruing their failure to bring heavy weapons. WHAT a target!

Great looking game! Seems like the human tanks should have pulled back toward Nell and forced the Martians to come out of their cover.

It is a bit large. If it starts on the table edge, the front is foot in. On the other hand, actual warships of the era would be totally huge on the board. The Thunderchild, nee HMS Polyphemus, would be 2 feet long while HMS Dreadnought would be over 4 feet.
