There was a recent pst somewhere here on TMP showing som painted Confederate 28mm figures- wearing their jackets inside out. Anyone point me to it please? |

Oh dear it was a serious request….apparently some rebel unit turned their dark blue jackets inside out to prevent friendly fire. |

It was one the Louisiana units at Shiloh . I don't remember the post though . |

At Shiloh one of the Louisiana regiments had blue coats and turned them inside out (had light gray almost white liner) . They'd been shot at by their own men . 18th Louisiana |
