Don't forget to trim those horse tales.

the lancer is of course carrying a pennant. They must have been carried at Waterloo as Bondarachuk shows it…of course!

Red sabretache for full dress I guess, maybe hence then the chap with the "flagpole"?

White lace suggests per 1812. Beautifully done around the collar edge for 28mm let alone 15! Actually not needed though……..only extended up the front of collar.
