The pre-registration sign ups for the Historicon SAGA tournament have been great. The event is scheduled for Saturday 18 July at 10am. If you are planning to attend the event and have not sent me a note please do so now. I've emailed tournament packets out to everyone I have on the pre-reg list. So if you didn't get a packet that means I don't have you on the list. I've filled up all the tables for the event that I had originally coordinated for with the historicon tournament organizer. I can get more tables but my chances are greatly improved if you let me know ahead of time. So please let me know if you plan to join the SAGA tournament. Thanks, Tom |

FYI, I'll have plenty of unpainted Artizan figures that are suitable for SAGA games in the flea market on Thursday and Saturday morning. If you are in the SAGA tournament, show up and I'll give you a tournament discount. |

We had a great SAGa tournament at HISTORICON. Many thanks to all the participants and to Footsore Miniatures for providing the prize support. First place went to Jeff Fletcher. Jeff's Crusaders went 3 for 3 on scenario wins. Congrats to Jeff. Second place went to Christine Argyle. Her Vikings had two wins and a tie. Third place went to Jeff Herzog. Jeff's Anglo-Saxon's had two victories and a loss. He was actually tied for third with three other warlords, but he took home the prize since he had a whopping 51 Slaughter Points for his three rounds of battle. Details and Scenario by Scenario summary cane be found here. link |

Thanks for another well run tournament, Tom. I had a lot of fun with a stunning performance………..I came in last! My buddy Mark and I battled for the basement position. I got my Warlord killed off in turn 3 of a 6 turn game! Sheesh! |

Yes, Tom, thank you for a great time. And though I defeated Bowman in the basement battle, what he didn't tell you was that winner was buying the beer that night. That warlord got advanced up there pretty far…… |
