These guys have been given some stick on here in the recent past, and I obviously can't and don't speak to anyone else's experience. In fairness all round though, I received a shipment today in AUSTRALIA – a process over which neither they nor I can exert any control – having ordered at the beginning of June. I was away for work for a week+ so wasn't too fussed, emailed them about it's status when I got back a few days ago, had a reply overnight (allow for the time differential), and voila! I've ordered quite a lot of figures from them over the last 10 years and have never had a problem. Thanks guys. |

Based on an e-mail from them, they have their casting machine problem fixed and are trying to catch up with all of the back orders. As I stated the other day, my rather large order took only about 10 days, and that was over the 4th July weekend. Jim |

Never had much of a problem with them myself. |

I have always enjoyed my dealings with them. They have always gone out of their way for me when requested. Tom |
