They're Foundries on 90 x 45mm.

My emphasis is on speed of painting as no one lives for ever and scruffy looking troops so lots of dry brushing, Army Painter and ink wash and not sweating the details (possible heresy I know!!)
As for my mixed up Minifigs elite company -well I thought they looked nice …

Yep, your Minifigs do indeed look nice. They paint up as well as modern troops, just slightly undersized these days

I mounted some Minifigs Napoleonics on Foundry horses -a lot better than you might think. I got the idea from an old wargame magazine.
