I gather netflixs and the like mainly have new films? Are there some good sources to watch our favourite old War films online(if not on youtube), from the obscure to the classics? Eg is Kellys Heroes or They were not Divided online? Or do i just need to carry on building the DVD collection? Im in the UK if that makes a difference. |

The Were Not Divided is on uTube, as are so many classic b/w war films. Went the Day Well, The Cruel Sea, Sea of Sand, The Way Ahead, even Theirs was the Glory complete with working Panthers and the original Tiger II from Oosterbeek set on fire again for the film. The streaming services are less good for old stuff. Amazon is worse than Netflix. |
