Need some decals for my 15mm Russian Tanks. WWII
Anyone make them in the USA?
Also, I'm terrible at putting decals on,
so please point me to the easiest brand to use.

Battle Front do decals for both Soviets and US. I'm not going to say they're the easiest to use. But I've had no trouble with them.

Try I-94 also – not sure what specifically they do, but they would have appropriately sized decals at the least.

Yep, that's about it for US options as far as I know – RU-104 to RU-107 from I-94, and the Flames Of War ones, which are obviously not US-made, but readily available your side of the pond.

Which is better depends what your usual problem with decals is – I-94 are usually thinner than Battlefront, so if your usual trouble is silvering or visible edges, I-94 are likely to be better for you, but if you suffer from ham-fistedness and breaking decals up, you may find Battlefront's offerings more forgiving.

(As an afterthought, Plastic Soldier Company also have three packs of Russian decals, but I don't know about US stockists for them, ditto for the old Skytrex range.)

Warstore should have the PSC decals in the US.

They've got them listed, but out of stock.

There are decals in the Command Decision range from OldGlory25s, Skytrex and Warweb.

They all share a similar failing when it comes to numbers. Most pictures show Russian renderings of numerals with a very distinct style and flair. And at least two of the numbers have a very distinct style. The "3" is usually rendered with a flat top (though you will find exceptions) yet I-94, FOW and PSC all are rounded. And the "4" is almost exclusively seen with an open style along the right portion yet all of these decal sheets are closed style.

Archer dry transfers does make a nice sheet in 1/72nd of just numbers and will take a look at them for possible use on 15mm as many pictures show the numbers rather large.

I am not sure why, with the plethora of pictures, the numbers are still rendered in a very generic style. And while on a rant would love to see some of the more distinct markings. For example how about the 7th Independent Guards Heavy Tank Brigade's IS-2s? o5m6.de/is2_polarbear.html
