They were part of Yorch's Ist Corps in 1813. I assume they were raised in that year and either disbanded or amalgamated with a regular line in 1814. Any idea what their uniforms looked like?

When you google their correct name ( Mecklenburg-Strelitz husaren ) you find various uniform info

rmaker01 Jul 2015 12:12 p.m. PST

Black dolmans and pelisses, yellow lacing, white fur, collar and cuffs black piped yellow, trousers sky blue, barrel sash black and yellow, shabraque black with sky blue edging. Shako (usually covered) with a white cross on the front. Freiwillige squadron the same except dolman, pelisse, and shabraque dark green.

This was NOT a Prussian unit, but was raised in 1813 by the neighboring (and closely allied) Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz.

They were the cavalry regiment assigned to the 2nd Brigade of the I Korps. The brigade was commanded by Karl Herzog von Mecklenburg-Strelitz so I presume he was their inhaber.

Here is some more, roughly translated from the German Wiki, about the regiment. Seems it had four sqaudrons of 120 troopers plus a 60 man volunteer jager detachment. At Leipzig one of the hussars captured the eagle of the French 1st Marine Artillery Regiment. The regiment didn't make it to the field at Waterloo but did partake in the follow-up actions to reduce some of the French fortresses. It was finally dissolved in 1816.

I have this regiment as part of my Prussian 1813 forces.

Although there was no hussar regiment from Mecklinburg in the 1870 Prussian Army, there were two dragoon regiments, 1st and 2nd (Nr. 17 & 18) in the 17th Cavalry Brigade assigned to the 17th Infantry Division.

I can't remember what the source is, but a book somewhere in my collection describes black dolmans with green facings and yellow lace, reversed for the volunteers.

the source I have shows for at least the officer a gold and light blue sash, the Freiwillige Jäger had dolman and pelisse in dark green with black facings, hussars sash yellow and black – the interesting point is the pointed cloth saddle cloth – black for for the pelisse. in contrast to the usual shepskin saddle cloth of the Prussians.
My source Herbert Knötel (one has to be carefull, still quite reliable on German uniforms) shows a complete balck dolman and pelisse – also for facings (but this is for an officer)

Here you will see a Freiwilliger Jäger in parade dress and an officer (with black Überock) in field dress
