Hi, was wondering if anyone has an address or telephone number for Spectre Miniatures as these detail are not on their website.

I am having problems with an order I placed over 2 weeks ago and have still only received part of the order. Despite continued emails to them about the missing packs they have not responded.

I accept their website says to wait 28 days but not to have emails replied to is poor.

They're somewhat sketchy on how they're handling communication on their Kickstarter as well.

I guess I'd try using Facebook to reach them, if you have it. Most companies seem to respond to that pretty fast- they put the fire out quick when someone makes a complaint publicly :)

Under the law relating to the UK, and they are a UK based company, they should have a physical geographical address on their website – you might like to tell them they are breaking trading regulations by not doing.

Just been made aware of this thread..
We are a very small company (there are just two of us, and Spectre isn't yet our full time jobs!) so it can take me a little time to reply to emails I am afraid.

Bill: I have been emailing you and one of your editors to clarify the invoice but I never get a reply, I am afraid I cannot do much until my questions are answered.

I have sent 4 emails asking about some of the Spectre miniatures range that are not on the website anymore and have not got a response. I was hoping that posting here could get their attention
