Hi guys

Finished a regiment of AB 15mm Dragoons (28th) and the 2nd Chasseurs, absolutely lovely figures that can be purchased from the usual places, Eureka Australia, Eureka USA and Fighting 15s in Europe, pretty happy with how they have come out, I think I have a problem with my camera, or it maybe the lighting, the tan horses look very yellow, this is not the case in person, all comments welcome.

very nice – I like the depth of the colour and envy your output of top quality painted figures

Nice painting.

I bought some of these (Dragoons) when they first came out – at the Derby Show so long ago it was still in the Assembly Rooms- They painted up beautifully but I gave them away because it isn't my scale and even then it would have been too painful to start again no matter how tempting…

Very nice! Do you find it difficult painting the cavalryman while attached to the horse? It would seem to me the front side would be a pita….

Hi Noss, not really, less area to paint also, I use to paint them separately, but it was a pita to paint the inside of the riders legs after I had thought the job was done, easier to just mount them.

I've always thought that AB makes the best horses of any scale and you did a great job bringing them to life.
