Uh, I think you meant "ultraviolet" instead of ultra violent. Happens to the best of us.

To be fair to Tango, he was just copying the title of the original post on the blog. Interesting effect – the blog post has a picture where the paint has been used to create a 'neon' sign, which is an Idea I will quite happily steal. Not sure I'd use it for supers, but if I ever decide to run a Tron game, this would be ideal.
