I'm wondering if any out there have experience in painting 15mm Carolignians and could offer some direction as to attributes of different ranges. I tend toward the 18mm/realism side of things. I use Xyston for my ancients. |

Wealdmaster, Early this year I posted a series at my blog about the Frankish Empire and its eventual partition to an east and west division. This link will take you to the Carolingian section. link Figures are Old Glory which would approach 17mm. Cheers, Robert |

Thanks for these helpful links, for rules I'm thinking of using Simon MacDowall's Comitatus as it seems to invoke the period well although intended for late Roman as it's core vision. |
