Golem Arcana is a tactical miniatures game that uses an app to apply rules, build armies and track game state. Does this mix of digital and tabletop gaming work? link

I bought it and played it twice. Then I gave it away to a friend. The look of the minis did nothing for me. The flat board was uninspiring. The app sucked all the fun and understanding of the rules away. As you can tell, I really didn't like it.
