On napoleon-series it lists just 7 battalions.

So low strength division.

But do anybody have numbers on the strength of each battalion,

This is from the Nafziger Leipzig OOB, although I imagine strengths would fluctuate a lot:

27th Division: Generalmajor Neverovsky

Brigade: Colonel Stawicki
Vilna Infantry Regiment (1)(576)
Simbirsk Infantry Regiment (1)(516)

Brigade: Colonel Alexejev
Odessa Infantry Regiment (1)(503)
Tarnopol Infantry Regiment (1)(430)

Brigade: Colonel Kollogribov
49th Jager Regiment (2)(623)
50th Jager Regiment (1)(445)

Many of the Russian regiments in 1813 had not been reconstituted after the winter pursuit of the retreating Grande Armee so they had consolidated their troops into a single battalion. It wasn't until after the armistice and the appearance of the Army of Poland that you began to see larger numbers in the regiments.
