On napoleon-series it lists just 7 battalions. So low strength division.
But do anybody have numbers on the strength of each battalion, |

This is from the Nafziger Leipzig OOB, although I imagine strengths would fluctuate a lot: 27th Division: Generalmajor Neverovsky Brigade: Colonel Stawicki Vilna Infantry Regiment (1)(576) Simbirsk Infantry Regiment (1)(516) Brigade: Colonel Alexejev Odessa Infantry Regiment (1)(503) Tarnopol Infantry Regiment (1)(430) Brigade: Colonel Kollogribov 49th Jager Regiment (2)(623) 50th Jager Regiment (1)(445) |

Many of the Russian regiments in 1813 had not been reconstituted after the winter pursuit of the retreating Grande Armee so they had consolidated their troops into a single battalion. It wasn't until after the armistice and the appearance of the Army of Poland that you began to see larger numbers in the regiments. Jim |
