If you aren't a IABSM fan now might be the time to hit the Back button.

Suggested this to my mate the other night – he didn't shoot it down in flames, and we are looking to try it at some point.

What about replacing IABSM cards with CoC dice. 4 for Coy level big men, platoon leaders on a 3, platoons on a 2, individual sections/teams on a 1.

Also Patrol Phase instead of blinds.

KEEP the number of actions as is (ie 3 dice at full strength etc), and the fire table.

Have you tried it yet? I would be interested in how it works.

If I am not mistaken, you roll a number of dice based upon the current status/morale of your army. You can then activate level 4 guys on a 1-4, and downward. A level 1 can only activate on a 1, or be activated by a higher man.

Is that right?

So I guess that the Tea Break would basically be if you don't roll low enough, you are done.

How would you handle National trait cards, like bonus MG fire, or Bonus AT fire, Ammo shortage, etc.?

Did this ever get any farther along?
