I'm looking for some Brits to go against my germans, which happen to be Minifigs, and go with a vehicle collection that's largely Takara. Any suggestions, recommendations, I'm not that struck by the Minifigs Germans and Americans I've got and I couldn't find any pictures of Arrowhead's British Infantry online (they're also out of stock at the moment)?

Some of the Pendraken sculpts look pretty good.

Try these two sites, lots of pictures of infantry figures in both.

Another vote for Pendraken – really good customer service (Pendraken forum members believe that Leon has a slave army of clones and a time-machine).

I quite like my Minifig British infantry, they look more anatomically accurate than some of the other ranges. The Pendraken BEF I have are pretty good in terms of detail, but they are " chunkier" than Minifigs. Not seen any of Arrowhead infantry, but I do have some of their British artillery crews, with the 25 pdr guns, and they are very fine figures- sleeves rolled up, tunic jackets discarded and getting stuck in. Very easy to paint as well.
Arrowhead tanks will be fine with your Takara stuff, as will many of the Minifigs range. I don't have Pithead or Pendraken vehicles, but I understand that they are smaller, model for model ( probably about 1/150 or so compared to 1/144), than Takara, Arrowhead et al. You might also take a look at Panzer Depots armour, as they are closer to the 1/144 scale of the plastic Japanese models from Takara, Dragon, Cando etc.

Definitely going Arrowhead for vehicles, I'm probably going to pick up some carriers from them, so I may as well take a punt on a platoon pack!
Thanks
