"Guardians of the Galaxy" Topic

Inspired by the recent movie, I bought 20 or so GotG Clix figures. How can I figure out who opposes whom? Short of spending a bundle on comics, I can't find very much on the various factions, except of course for the team members featured in the movie. Is there a reference someplace that will give me some info? Or can anybody here fill me in?

Between Wikipedia and the Marvel Comics Database, I'd think that the problem would be too much information, not too little.

I didn't know there was such a thing as Marvel Wiki, thanks. As far as too much rather than too little information, yeah, that's a big part of the problem:. all I was looking for was some idea of who opposed or was allied to whom, not a detailed history of the universe.

It's probably pretty obvious, but I did not get these as any sort of an organized effort; I bought odd lots on eBay that were affordably cheap.

Haven't played Clix in a long time, but Clix allowed you to field teams with characters who weren't typically seen together in the comics. The exception were those who were archenemies, as indicated by their base colors (no idea if they still do that). And, of course, some Clix had factions which would give them bonuses.

But if you're really asking "who are these guys, anyway" the easiest way is to bug a comic book geek or post on a comics forum. See if this video helps! : YouTube link
