I thought I'd make my product reviews a bit more consistent in format. I'm giving the following format a test-run and appreciate constructive comments. Kevin

Item: Brewster F2A Buffalo, kit: R15-0113
Scale: 1/100
Medium: Resin
Manufacturer: Armaments in Miniature, LLC (AIM) armamentsinminiature.com
Vendor: AIM
Price: $12 USD

General Impressions: Nice little kit with parts to construct a US, Finnish, Dutch, or British Buffalo. The kit required very little in the way of clean up and prep. Seam lines were minimal and there were no air pockets. I assembled and painted these Buffaloes to represent those at the Battle of Midway, VMF-221.

Pros: Parts provided for different versions. Clean casting.

Cons: The resin antenna and gun-sight are delicate and likely to break off turning game play.

Recommendations: I recommend the kit for all skill levels.

Notes: I used Vallejo Model Color paints. I used Eagle Strike and Miscellaneous Miniatures decals. I replaced the resin gun-sight and antenna with thin wire.
