Finished this 15mm SdKfz recce vehicle using a blister kit from Skytrex.
I added crew member from PSC, to get that "Blitzkrieg" look, as the Panzer Divisions pushed across the vast Russian fields.

Good stuff thumbs up!

What decals have you used?

Thanks Phil – the decals are from Plastic Soldier Company's 15mm range. SS Panzer Div. Liebstandarte A.H. (Von Rundstedt's Army Group South during Barbarossa)

There has been recent chat elsewhere on this site about the darkness of some "interpretations" of panzer grey. I have to say this looks way too dark to me…

Yeah, I can understand what you mean @Hornswoggler, it came out rather dark on the picture, perhaps due to the white background. It's more of a "Slate" grey IRL.

looks good.

While we are on the subject of 222's. Has anyone built and painted the 15mm Sdkfz 222 by Zvezda? If so, how is the kit?

Very nice kit. A touch fiddly but cheap and nice

Sorry the picture's not quite sharp – don't know why that is …
