The event is aimed at the people of the local villages and car parking will be limited. So come prepared to park a way off and walk to the display site.

The event is for everyone and we have provided parking for over a thousand visitors. Please, in the first instance, do not park a way off and walk to the display site.

Signs to help you find your way …

I hope they've got waterproof powder, Saturday's weather forecast unfortunately looks less than kind. I was thinking of going that day but with that in mind I may have to give it a miss. Is it indoors if wet? :-)

It was wet … but not downpouring … The battle went ahead and was splendid (loads of fab photos on social media) plus plenty of exhibitors under cover.

The catering van didn't show up so we had a hot drinks crisis (though the tavern did good business wink) … we have got a limited supply of bacon rolls available Sunday, some drinks plus some LiberTeas later.

But I'd bring a flask to be safe, for the full programme on Sunday

Thanks to everyone for their support … Looks like a brighter day on Sunday …

It was fun, the damp Saturday meant less crowds and more enjoyment for us.
