wasnt sure where to post this but looking for a little point in the right direction. I owned Both greatest hits albums, however my ex has left and i have noticed that so has Bob, while not a massive fan they were good albums for party nights.

So do I replace them like for like or just pick up the ultimate hits.

cheers
jon

Down load them in full from I-tunes. You never know when your interests will change and you will want a song you did not capture.

I didn't realize Bob had finally given in to iTunes, but he has!

He resisted for years because he didn't want people downloading just his singles. He was adamant that his albums were all carefully crafted conceptual pieces that had to be listened to in their entirety.

I am dead serious.

Not everything is on iTunes, unfortunately. Still, Seger's "Live Bullet" is available, which is arguably one of the best live albums ever recorded. Most of his albums are still unavailable.

You can get a handful of his albums as digital downloads at Amazon.

I thought this was going to be about making terrain.

Why not just "take those old records off the shelf"?

KSmyth29 May 2015 7:21 p.m. PST

Buy "Live Bullet!" It's a great album and puts any anthology to shame. Earlier than a lot of Seger's hits, but a super record.
