This is an unusual Coptic manuscript as it is written in Arabic:
Coptic-Arabic Gospel, Institut Catholique Ms. Copte-Arabe 1, 1249-50 AD The Magi before Herod, The Massacre of the Innocents & Christ and the Centurion of Capernaum.
Like some 13th century Islamic manuscripts, all the people have a nimbus (halo) rather than just the holy. There are swords, spears and nāchakh, ṭabar or ṭabarzīn war axes.

Beheading of John the Baptist
Betrayal by Judas, Christ Captive & Pilate Condemns Christ
