Hi, I'm looking for pennants for 25mm Polish Guard Lancers (so the width of the pennants should be 7mm as far as I know). Does anyone of you know a flag person who sells those in the right size or does anybody have a template which I could print out? Thanks |

You are looking for 25mm and may want something of very precise dimensions. The colour is hard to capture…..a "Polish" Crimson. I got GMB (nearly a hundred…… by mistake…I thought you only got three to each order………but have made quite an impression on them now!) I love them…….. I know you will not be bothered, if you have any sense, but see the earlier message that theyshould not be wrap around the lance pole! |

Thanks very much for the comments! After all the glowing recommendations for GMB, I ordered two packs from them. I doubt they'll arrive in time, so just as a sort of finger practice I'll also make my own. :p Maverick Models usually is my go-to place for flags. ;) Great service for resizing stuff and all. @deadhead: Oh yes, Polish Crimseon seems to be up there along with Dunkelgelb in terms of varying opinions on the look of specific colours. :) What do you mean about not wrapping the pennants around the lance pole? |

Knew I would find it. The first link above is the detailed discussion of how a pennon attached to the lance; The second, below, was my posting of some Line Lancers that prompted it TMP link It is far more detail than will bother most folk, but I was interested (so thanks again Outlaw Tor), even if not motivated to change the many lancers already done! |
