I completed this kit and am very happy with it. Two weeks after placing my order it showed up from Poland. Service was great, and I really like the final outcome of construction.

I like it, Buck. Fine job, sir.

Great job on the model, Buck! I allowed myself to post the picture along with the link to your blog on the Multiverse Gaming fanpage on Facebook, I hope that's OK.

Absolutely no problem. It was a fun kit.

The fire escapes are nearly done, but I haven't attached them to any buildings yet.

I like the TARDIS-blue doors. Very nice.

I like the paint job. The thing putting me off buying this is the thought of having to paint it.

I actually prefer the unpainted MDF kits over the painted ones. For unpainted Pulp style buildings, you can't go wrong with those from Litko, and this one from Multiverse is excellent as well.

I don't like the fact that all the pre-painted buildings are the same colors. That makes for a rather dull table.

In fact, I am not a huge fan, in general, of MDF buildings because I don't like all the exposed tabs, particularly on the roofs. On this Multiverse corner hotel, many of the exposed tabs blend into the brick pattern and look fine.

Quite adaptable.
Been looking at possible entrance overhangs for this doorway--square overhang supported by "V"s of metal posts, perhaps? Or a wraparound awning arrangement?

Yes, I plan to make a sign and perhaps add an extra awning I have from a Litko kit to this building. I will likely also add the Multiverse gargoyles to the top of the building.
