I only ask for three days ago I asked a question on line to the US Battlefront line about one of the items and as yet have not received an answer. I have re-sent the question but as yet have not received an answer. Not like the US Old Glory Company that gets back to you in less that a day. Any one have an problems? Makes want to pass over on their product if you can not get an answer to a question. |

Irregular at best. As Don said, you can wait forever, and then wait some more, but other times I've received same day responses. I suppose it is up to whoever is manning the desk on any given day. |

Excellent for me. Very fast shipping. YMMV |

Can't say about the e-mail responses, other than an automated one I got when requesting some replacement parts, which arrived promptly. I seem to recall getting an automated response on the issue right away, or the next day. |

A couple of years ago I emailed them with a couple of questions regarding replacement parts – I was even willing to pay for the parts. Never heard back from them. Not even an automated email reply. |

I've always had good luck with getting quality issues resolved. Typical questions about the product….. either check stuff out on the online store or ask in their forums would be quickest. Another gamer there likely knows the answer |

Had about 2/3 things replaced, always had super fast response to emails too, couple days for a reply. |

I have only ever contacted them about replacement parts. I have always had a response. The response times vary. I think you can get your answer by looking on their website. |

Whenever anything has gone wrong with a product (missing/broken resin) they have been excellent, fast and very helpful. Haven't contacted them with general questions though. |

From a ten minute search of their website I'd say yes to the LMG (it's the M1941 with the side, curved mag?) and two sections plus command would be 2x12=24 plus 4 command, 2 Bazooka team and 3 and a mortar. At a guess 33 chaps. |
