I'm in the midst of painting some mastiffs and wolfhounds for various Ancient generals' bases when it occurred to me that the latest reference I know of to a general entering battle with a dog is Prince Rupert with his poodle (presumably standard sized and not toy) in the ECW. Anyone know of later generals who might be modelled with a dog? It sure livens up a base. |
