Hi all

A new deckplan – this time an alternative for the standard Type S scout ship. This is based on the CU-37 from Star Wars.

Nicely done!

Brings back memories from my youth, even though it's new. : )

Whish I still played as this is very nice. I still have my
original Azhanti High Lightning at home and my citadel Traveller figures also.

Very cool! Though I find the combo entry ramp/ galley to be a bit of an odd choice.

I ran out of space fitting it all into a Star Wars ship :) Anyway – who is eating when the ramp is down?

On such a little vessel like that, I can see no problems with the galley being a temporary fixture, which needs to make way for more lucrative uses, and/or daily operations.

Besides, they probably won't even need one by then, since you can now print your meals in 30 seconds today (just read an article on that again yesterday), and yes, those food tab ideas are still floating around too.

I hope they remember to flavor the latter properly, to make swallowing them a little easier.

If you ever read the Earl Dumarest stories by EC Tubb, which most of original Traveller seemed to be based on, star ships provided passengers a no-frills food called 'Basic' from taps that provided all the requirements of life in one brown liquid goop. Makes a food tab sound positively gourmet.
