Has anyone had issues communicating with 4Ground? I have sent four emails via the email address on the website talk2us@4ground.co.uk and two via their web form since the 23rd of March without reply except the automated reply for the web form saying they will reply within 48 hours. I heard they were at Salute so may have been busy. I am hoping the lack of communication is they are to overrun with orders and not that they are ignoring customers with unusual request, which mine is. Any information would be welcome as I do not want to keep trying if it is a waste of time. Thanks |

Ring them mate! I get on well with the guys at 4Ground but even I have problems with getting replies to emails. I don't think it's them, I'm guessing it's an IT issue rather than a customer services one mate. |

I was reluctant to try that as I am in a very different time zone but it maybe worth staying up try, thanks They make great stuff and I really want to order from them, but I am a customer who usually wants something out of the ordinary. |

If you're on Facebook, try sending them a private message to their FB page. I've had luck with that before with Armorcast. 4Ground is pretty active on their page so they might get back to you quickly. |
