I just cant love those big bull-like fellows enough, especially the one with what appears to be an anti-tank falx |

They seem inspired by the Covenant from the Halo games without being direct copies. |

Thanks for all the kind words, everyone. These have been another big sort of dream project of mine. @Earl of the North - You are not mistaken. I was inspired by the dynamic of the Covenant and wanted to bring something to the miniatures table that was evocative of that inspiration without being a direct copy. @Fritadas - While the end result depends on the painting, the weapon was envisioned as an energy blade, likely plasma, as the Yan'drassi utilize it quite a lot. -Eli |

They are very nice Eli and its easy to see how the Brutes, Elites and Grunts inspired their counterparts, but you still managed to make them your own….they would easily make a Covenant style mixed race force or as individual races. The Staff and Falx types seem to be the Royal Guard type of guys, ceremonial mixed with stong meele abilities. |

I could see the big 'uns and the little 'uns being good Space Ork/Gretchin surrogates for 15mm 40k, but without the ridiculous rivets-and-steam aesthetic. |

They have a lot of uses beyond the obvious. I think they have enough character on their own to do duty in nearly anyone's collection. -Eli |
