Has anyone ever gotten a reason from BL/GW why they don't take paypal? I have been trying to buy my e book codex from them for two weeks and no response from customer support. It seems doubly stupid and illogical considering GW's main website takes paypal. |

More work for less profit. Paypal charges a fee to the retailer. Then if the retailer doesn't post registered/trackable & signature required it is easy for the less than honest to claim they didn't receive the goods & force a refund through Paypal. Paypal also has a poor reputation for arbitrarily helping itself to seller's bank balances and fighting tooth & nail to keep the money or just blocking seller's accounts with the seller's bank and not clearing the block.. |

Frankly, I'd rather use a credit card than use PayPal. You'll get MUCH more protection with a credit card than PayPal will offer. The only time I use PayPal is Ebay or a private transaction. |
