Those are Bob Murch Pulp figures. They are good for German Southwest Africa,and for some of the German East Afrika Schutz truppe in the earlier campaigning before the uniforms went to hell.But mainly for Southwest afrika for the Herero and Hottentot,and later WW1 against South africa. the other german colonies favored Pith helmets and a mix of headgear.
