I don't understand why some people are in business. I was having trouble with the shopping cart on the FAA site, sent them an email asking for help, they replied fairly promptly, that was on 21st April, it's now the 2nd of May here, and still no Paypal invoice, my old employer would have kicked their butt to the sidewalk by now, obviously don't underst the old adage that the customer is always right |

There may be some other issues going on with the owners of that company.
