Just kicked off our club's Necromunda campaign.  We're calling it "Lower Wacker Hive" as a little shout-out to folks with Chicago connections. You can see the Yaktribe page for the campaign and the stats for all the participating gangs here:

No particular slant for the campaign, just an ongoing milieu for our Necromunda games.  They'll probably only  happen every month or so but when games happen they will be blogged.  This week was the first round of games and 4 of the 5 of us gathered at my house.

I just wrote up the battle between my Van Saar Gang "Fjord's Folly" and the Goliath gang "The Juggernauts". Full report and pics here:

A good time was had by all and it was another chance to use some of my more recently constructed Urban Terrain, much of which is built in a rather necromunda'ish style.

Looks good man. Necromunda was one GW game I enjoyed. Had as much to do with my fellow gamers at the time as the rules.

Nice write up and the raised railway is a cool bit of terrain. Our group still enjoys playing Necromunda as well. Our campaign play is similar in that we play every so often when we fit it into the game rotation, using the same gangs as we go along. Still a fun game after all these years.

Will have to check out the YakTribe page. Hadn't come across that before.

Thanks!
I've been wanting to play a Necro campaign for the better part of 2 decades. The raised railway is one compensation for not having alot of raised walkways. I hope to have time to build some more walkways to connect the various terrain sections before the next game.

YakTribe has turned out to be an excellent resource as well. I was initially quite skeptical of their "NCE" version of the rules, but after reading all 3, I'm glad we settled on it.

Lastly, like most games the players make it. We've got a really good bunch who can be counted on to stick mostly with WYSIWYG (when possible), not cheese out their gangs, roll with the punches and generally be friendly opponents.

Looks like fun! Necromunda was the first mini game I ever played. Seeing a nice game like yours always takes me back.
