That's nice and very useful, especially with the arrival of the new mad max film.

Those are nice. It looks like you can make them with either male or chick riders.

You can also make them with either guy or female riders.

Could you do guys in high heels?

The arm with the axe should choke up a bit on the handle. Try using an axe held like that and you'll see what I mean…

Otherwise these look like quite a bit of fun.

I like it. Maybe game Sons of anarchy in some twisted way. I have tweaked Face of Battle to work for just about everything even 40K in small actions. Could be cool enough to make the wife play. She loved that show.

Very nice.

I presume that their previous Apocalypse Survivor sets must have sold quite well, for them to follow up with a set like this.

Glad you enjoyed it my friends.

Are there figures included to represent the same character mounted and dismounted?

Difficult to say, considering that there has not been really any information out there other than this sprue pic.

However, since it is multi-part plastic kit, and you probably get at least three sprues per kit, it should be quite simple to put together mounted and dismounted versions of same rider, presuming that there are matching legs provided for both versions.
