Excellent work, very nice and historically accurate miniatures(need wait some days to do an order, but sure I'll do).
They are perfect for the line infantry.
But I hope You consider the light infantry too:

Cacciatori(Light Infantry) in Bigia,Cacciatori with the new jacket, Cacciatori in greatcoat all with pants inside the gaiters like variant and covered shakò or fatigue cap.

Many thanks for this new range.

Claudio.

Great news Ged. Having seen these figures in the wargames press and in "The Foreign Correspondent", I have to say that these are some of the best figures yet. The poses are good and the attention to detail is superb – just what we've come to expect from Gringo40s.

As usual, Ged has come up with a range that's different and not available from other manufacturers.

Great figures Ged and good luck with the range.

Best wishes davejl

The figures look superb but although I'm reasonably familiar with the political and general military movements of the campaigns, I have very little knowledge of the organization of the armies involved. Anything out there in English to help please?
What rules are people using for this period?

jammy four Sponsoring Member of TMP18 Feb 2016 10:59 a.m. PST

Prussianmonty…………I have gathered a large amount of information over the years and am writing a book from a wargamers view as most of the information is in Italian. Luigi Casali wrote an excellent booklet for Freicorp which I used as a basis for the range way back when
glad you like the figures…………..
ps have a look at the beginning of the thread
I have compiled a short but vital list im sure
would assist you.

Looking forward to seeing the completed Garibaldi figures at Salute Ged. The sculpts are lovely and the painted figures I've seen are brilliant.

I know "The Foreign Correspondent" review these lovely figures in their mag., and they use them for some of the games at Salute.

Have a great Salute
