This board game looks outstanding both in gameplay and components. The components are especially amazing!! Awesome miniature sculpts and game board tiles!!

Just wanted to share this since you all are miniature enthusiasts. The miniatures are dynamically posed as well, and you get a lot of miniatures for the money.

Here is the link to Vampire Hunters: link

Was looking at this one last nighy for solo play. Will keep eye on it.

I'm in – co-op/solo play really appeals to me.

Plus the fact the concept is excellent – I am hoping there will be more expansion packs too. I've even started working my way through my vampire DVDs to get some inspiration.

Odd. It appears to be a Vampire Hunter game that contains no vampires.

Well, that's novel.

What are you talking about? There are tons of vampire miniatures for the game. Did you even visit the Kickstarter page? They are monster-type vampires, not humanoid vampires. Monster ones are way cooler anyways and allow for some awesome sculpts (which the game has). A vampire does not have to look humanoid. Open your mind.

Some of them even sparkle!

And in shows like The Strain, vampirism is blood-born parasite, not a humanoid creature.

"Funding Canceled

"Funding for this project was canceled by the project creator about 3 hours ago."

Well that sucks that it was cancelled. The game looked great.

ummmmm…..

Yes, I saw it.
They aren't vampires as far as I'm concerned. Perhaps an altered form man-bat thing at best.
Hey, if you like them, then good.
I personally don't like the style, or the figures.

Dave Crowell27 Apr 2015 2:23 p.m. PST

The project was cancelled because the creators decided they wanted to redo the game and relaunch when the new version is ready.

I'm not sure what to make of the minis, I don't like them enough to buy the game for them, but I'm not sure I dislike them enough not to play.
