Does anyone know of a good source for uniform guides or information? With British, Australian, German, Arab, Ottomans and various small units I am not sure where to start when it comes to what they were wearing.
Thanks

There are some free guides here:

Information on German (and Austrian) uniforms:
germancolonialuniforms.co.uk

It's about colonial uniforms in general, but if you search for "Ottoman" you'll find examples of what was worn in Palestine.

As above, the WW1 Ospreys are fine on this stuff, including oddities like the Asiakorps etc.

You will need an awful lot of khaki paint. And not much else.
