PaperTerrain has just released a kit of American river barges for the All Quiet on the Martian Front game. These are in 15/18mm scale. Each kit is $15.00 USD and you can build three barges. You have the option of building either a simple unpowered barge, or a barge which has its own steam engine. The kits are printed on heavy cardstock in full color. Just cut out, fold and glue together.

Looks like you might even be able to use the unpowered barge for a pontoon bridge float.
