I am looking for modern post 1960 28mm scale civilian motorbikers. I know (and love) the EM4 ones and found the Roadkill motorcycle cops (OOP for as far as I now) and the Eureka SAS bikers.

I also found Ramshackle, but they were too Mad Max/GW-esque for me.

I would welcome more suggestions….

You might check out O Gauge train figures such as Bachman, Plasticville etc.

There's a nice one hidden in Old Glory's Superfigs line under "Henchmen": link

Old Glory also has the Roadkill Police bikes you mention as well as many others, including a 10-pack of bikers…but, since you said "motorbikes" instead of "motocycles" I'm guessing you're in the UK? Here're the Roadkill bikers at Westwind: link

You might check out O Gauge train figures

Too big. O gauge figure are nearer 40mm than 28mm.
