A game thing? I once saw a homebrew game where hitting at short range was a D6 roll of 1-2, medium range was a 3-4 and long range was a 5-6. The numbers were not changed or manipulated in any other way, it was literally just a 1-in-3 chance at any range. * * * * * For miniatures, when GW ran out of ideas and gave the Space Wolves actual wolf riders. * * * * * For companies, when GW managed to completely destroy the Epic game line in a manner of a year or so. |

C'mon, guys … there's enough of figures in here for everyone to weird out! The moment for me with some games is what some people call "walk up friendly" at a con. I pretty much go to cons to play different games with different people than I usually play, so "walk up friendly" is a big deal for me. |
