I was wondering whether anyone else has had the same problems that I have encountered – after a considerable wait I finally received the second part of my order, in a somewhat flimsy box, and found that a number of items were either broken or missing.

As usual, communications remain poor, and I have as yet to receive any acknowledgement that the problems identified will be rectified.

I have not read of any else have had any problems, and so this may be a one off, but I would be interested to hear if any else has had any problems, and if so how have they managed to get them resolved?

Regards,

Andrew

So you had a few broken items? boohoo!

I would be so happy with broken items, it would mean I had gotten my shipment…

I had some items missing from the first wave. I dropped them a line and heard back from them within the hour. The missing items were shipped in wave two.

I've heard that phone calls get quicker response than e-mails. They've been incredibly busy casting stuff and have fallen behind on answering e-mails, but they are getting caught up now.

I have found them a pleasure to deal with, I would agree with Scott that phone calls work best.

I have gotten both my boxes and nothing was missing or broken. Good luck with getting your problems taken care of!

I have also received both my boxes with no issues other than a mix up in mail notifications that had me thinking my order had gone elsewhere. An email to them straightened that up quick and it turned out it was just a mix up in the notification only and not the shipping itself.

I had a few things missing from Dec shipment and just received an email reply in March. That being said once I got my email reply the missing items were shipped right away.
