They kept this quiet unless I missed the announcement; link quite an expansion of troop types and even some pike and shot in there I see. |

3mm is becoming more tempting. I am fairly heavily invested in 2mm but these look good. The problem I see is painting time. 2mm is rather broad brush. I can see these requiring a bit more attention and time. |

So tempting. If I didn't have a lot of 6mm I would be getting these figures. |

Like Allen57 I'm too heavily invested in 2mm with 400 elements of cavalry and about the same infantry. I can see painting being a problem as at these small scales all your effort picking out details is lost at any distance over 18 inches, like 15mm at 4 feet. But then the appeal of the smaller scales is you can field armies at 1:2 or 1:1 ratios with terrain that actually is in scale. In 2mm a 6 foot table equals a mile and you don't expect to see belts, buttons or even shield emblems at that distance. More power to Magister for offering something different. |

I wish they would post some photos of painted troops -- or at least of inked and buffed troops. 3mm WSS for Maurice? Count me in! |
